All links are purchased on a monthly billing cycle. We will not invoice you for the amount
of your purchased links but will provide you with a receipt by e-mail. You will need to provide
Website Link Tactics, Inc. with a valid e-mail address in order to receive a receipt.
All payments are to be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Website Link Tactics, Inc. will
bill your credit card on a monthly basis. Payment will be made in advance of the billing period.
Your links will be maintained and you will be billed each and every billing period, until (i)
you fail to pay for any period, or (ii) you notify us, in advance, of your intent to terminate
a month prior to the start of the next billing period.
Any late payments will result in your Text Links being removed from our network within 5 days.
If at any point in time, a link which you have purchased becomes available either due to lack of
payment or due to a cancellation request by you, Website Link Tactics, Inc. has the right to
replace the link with one of similar price and theme which will not link to your website but
rather to another website.
All clients making payment via credit card will be set on automatic recurring billing. Your credit
card account will be charged on your due date once per quarter. Your billing date is the date 3
days after your links are in place. If additional links or special enhanced link positions are
purchased, they will be prorated to the billing date. You will have only one billing date per month.
If you wish to discontinue any of your text links you must notify Website Link Tactics, Inc. in
writing with a minimum of one (1) month notice prior to your billing period. An e-mail will serve
as a written record of cancellation. A phone cancellation will not be accepted due to the
competitive nature of most environments where text links are used as a tactical marketing method.
No refunds will be given for any reason if you fail to notify Website Links Tactics, Inc. of your
intention to cancel.
It must also be noted that if you have purchased exclusivity on any keyword phrases that these
phrases can be sold in the marketplace. Failure to make timely payment will result in forfeiture
of exclusivity.
